"I have been personally and professionally acquainted with Cam Suggs / ACS Homebuilders for 8 years. In June of 2010, my home was struck by lightning. ACS Homebuilders handled all of the repair work for me which included roofing repairs, gutter and siding repair, interior drywall repair, and replacement of my garage door opener. Cam was onsite daily to make sure that repairs were being done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

In September of 2010, I again hired ACS Homebuilders for a small kitchen upgrade project which included installation of under cabinet lighting, granite countertops, new under mount sink and tile backsplash. "My wife and I built a nice custom house 18 years ago that needed a major modification of adding a stair case from the upstairs closet down to a large bonus room. This was a project I was very skeptical about because of ceiling joist, existing air ducts, and was concerned it would take away too much space in bonus room. Cam came to the house and took one look and said no problem! Cam showed up the next day with large work crew said he had thought about adding a wall to conceal staircase. To my surprise he had completed the work in one day, cleaned everything up and was done. "Cam Suggs of ACS Home Builders, and his sub-contractors, turned an overgrown property and a neglected house with considerable water damage, cracked walls & ceilings into a "perfectly precious cottage", per the real estate agent. Cam worked closely with us on the plans for the addition and the remodel of the existing 1950's structure, opening it up, giving it a modern, very livable feel. Cam & his subs did a complete "head to toe" remodel, to include new kitchen, beautifully re finished hardwood floors, all new plumbing, electrical, windows, insulation, roof and central HVAC. The addition included a master bedroom and bath with his & hers closets, a full laundry and deck accessible from both the master bedroom & the living/family room. Cam finished it off with a concrete driveway/parking area and tasteful landscaping.
